La La Surprise Scoops offers curated gift boxes, bundles, stationery, accessories and other products.

We do our best to ensure product photos, descriptions and information accurately represent the products you are purchasing.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Where a bundle contains assorted designs, colours or styles, the exact combination may vary depending on the product description and available stock.

ORDERS

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed and we have begun preparing or packing it, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in the event of an incorrect price, stock error, payment issue or other genuine error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout where applicable.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Prices, products and promotions may change without notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

La La Surprise Scoops does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by Australia Post, other delivery providers, public holidays, weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

We may update, replace or discontinue products at any time.

For curated or assorted bundles, some items, colours, patterns or designs may vary where this is clearly disclosed in the product listing.

Any substitution will be made in accordance with the description of the product purchased.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store. Purchases made through the store are purchases from La La Surprise Scoops.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our policy of not accepting returns or exchanges applies to change-of-mind purchases and does not override your statutory consumer rights.
